By claiming a slot or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must represent a legitimate company that has completed a real funding round.
You must have authority to bind the company to these terms.
Slots are limited to one per company at a time.
You are solely responsible for the company name, logo, funding amount, and website URL you submit.
All information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
You must own or have rights to any logo or image you upload.
You may not submit content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or that infringes third-party rights.
All slot submissions are subject to manual review before going live.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any slot at our discretion, including for inaccurate or inappropriate content.
We may suspend or terminate your slot if you breach these terms or provide false information.
iRaised is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
